How It Works
Idea
After you contact us, we will schedule and appointment to meet and go over your project. You can explain your vision, and goals, and we can then create a rough sketch of some ideas to begin with. If on a commercial project needing to start from scratch we can help you with that as well. Going through the processes and costs to help give you the best idea for return on your investment. Constructability reviews, feasibility reviews, site and traffic surveys, are just some of the things we can help you with.
Design
Once we review all the options and get a better idea of what your goals, and your vision for the project are, we can then begin creating the design drawings. Reviewing back and forth with the design team until you are 100 % satisfied with the design.
With this in place, we can submit for approvals with the city or county bldg. offices if needed and start the next phase.
Construct
At this step shovels hit the ground and your idea comes to life. We keep you informed and apart of scheduling, job milestones and meetings to ensure the success of every project. We always deliver on our promises and have built our reputation on it.
